How does the free trial work?

We offer a 14 day risk-free trial to sample our premium content. Cancel anytime before the trial ends. At the end of your trial you will automatically be charged for our annual subscription plan.

How do I access premium content?

Premium subscribers will automatically receive Insider content as part of the The Promote newsletter. To access our premium archives on the website, create a login. Once you are logged in, visit the NEWSLETTER page of our site. Mon/Fri issues of the newsletter are enhanced with premium-only content and Wed issues are exclusively for Insiders.

Billing and Payment

When will I be charged?
We accept payment upon signup for our premium subscriptions. If you have a free trial, you will not be charged until your trial ends (unless you cancel prior). All subscription renewals are automatically charged on the anniversary of your subscription (for annual plans) or monthly for monthly plans.

Yes, all subscription renewals are automatically charged on the anniversary of your subscription (for annual plans) or monthly for monthly plans. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid paying for the next subscription cycle.

Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes, changes to your plan can be made at anytime and will go into effect in your next billing cycle. You can make changes to your subscription in your Stripe customer portal.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Changes and cancelations to your subscription can be done in your Stripe customer portal at anytime. Changes will go into effect during the next billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds?
No, we do not offer refunds for any subscription fees once charged, including: any subscription fees paid after free trial conversion or refunds for early cancellation of any kind.
